Abu Dhabi National Ins. Customer Service Excellence Recognised

Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC) has been recognised for the quality of its customer service by winning the Best Call Center of the Year in insurance sector at the INSIGHTS Middle East Call Centre Awards 2019. Mr. Abdulla Al Nuaimi, Executive Vice President – Shared Services at ADNIC, received the award at the ceremony held at the Queen Elizabeth 2 cruise ship in Dubai.
ADNIC was recognised for the quality, responsiveness and efficiency of its call centre team who provide customers with product advice and claims support 24/7 via phone, email, fax and webchat. Commenting on the award, Mr. Abdulla Al Nuaimi said: “Being able to effectively support customers when they need help the most is absolutely central to ADNIC’s customer centric approach. This accolade is a testament to ADNIC’s commitment to meeting the needs of our customers and the work we have done to embed customer service excellence into our operations. We pride ourselves on continuously upholding and delivering these values to create deep-rooted bonds with our customers.”
ADNIC is one of the most awarded insurance companies in the region. Earlier in 2019, ADNIC received the prestigious Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Excellence Award and was named ‘Insurer of the Year’ by MENA IR. Additionally, ADNIC recently won ‘Best Insurance Provider of the Year’ at the 10th edition of ShipTek International Conference and Awards 2019, which recognises the company’s achievement, innovation and excellence in the maritime industry.
