Mr. Nady Jazzar renewed president of Francophone ins. body AIEFFA

Thursday, 12 24 2020, Category: Insurance and Reinsurance, Country: Lebanon
For the third time in a row, the lawyer Mr. Nady Jazzar is elected as president of the “AIEFFA”, the International Association of French-speaking Insurance Education Institutions. Mr. Jazzar was elected for the first time on November 22, 2011, which coincided with the Lebanese Independence Day, to be re-elected again in 2015 for four years. Due to the covid19 pandemic and the difficulties found in holding a meeting to hold elections on the specified date last year, the presidency has inevitably been extended for a full year. But with the adoption of virtual online meetings, a series of meetings were held this year, during which lawyer Mr. Jazzar was re-elected for the third time due to the fulfillment of the required conditions in his person, in addition to his competence and experience in this field, as he held the position of Director of the Higher Institute for Insurance Sciences “ISSA” at the Saint-Joseph University “USJ” for 12 years, which is the maximum period in the university system.
