The monthly report on consumer prices issued by the General Authority for Statistics showed the surprising increases in motor insurance prices in Saudi Arabia, which reached 24.5% during the last month of January.
This increase follows the slight price increase of the two previous months “November and December”. This ends the series of prices decreases witnessed during the period “February – October 2017” due to the decision of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority that enforced premium discounts for good drivers.
