Morocco – Platform for insurance complaints

The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Security (ACAPS) launched a digital platform to treat the insurance complaints of the insureds.
Moreover, the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Security (ACAPS) aims to boost the quality of service by treating complaints emanating from disputes between the insureds, insurers and insurance brokers through this new digital platform.
Furthermore, it indicated that it can decrease the period needed in settling the disputes.
