The Council of Cooperative Health Insurance compelled 4455 health care providers covered by health insurance to install visible guides in the form of labels in both English and Arabic that will contain information and awareness materials about the addresses of the General Secretariat of the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance. Such labels should be visible in waiting rooms, insurance admission offices and reception lobbies in addition to pharmacies in order to allow the insureds to read them and take advantage of them.
The spokesperson of the Council Mr. Yasser Al Ma’arek said that 6600 labels containing contact information have been prepared in order to help the insureds understand cooperative health insurance law, the unified contract as well as submit complaints and proposals.
