The Council of Cooperative Health Insurance revealed the health insurance requirements for companies that are outside the commercial registry, confirming the necessity of examining the identity of the employer and workers to be insured and launching the needed procedures in order to avoid fake insurance or operating without complying with the requirements, which will expose the employer to actions under the laws of the council.
Moreover, the “Council” indicated that companies which are not required to be registered under the commercial registry have to fill a special application and settle the premium before submitting the names to the advanced system of the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance.
