Saudi Arabia – Raising allowed age of insurance trainees

The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority “SAMA” accepted the request of the committee organizing the training program of the insurance industry to change the maximum allowed age to 28 years according to the request of the Saudi youths wo want to be enrolled in the program even though they are aged more than 25 years, which was the previously maximum age allowed.
This was clarified by the spokesman of insurance companies Mr. Adel Al Issa. He indicated also that the enrollment period was extended to 29 August 2017 in order to open up opportunities for the interested persons in this program launched by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority through the Institute of Finance in collaboration with insurance companies in order to train Saudi talent in the insurance sector with a high level of quality.
