Saudi Arabia – 100 governmental hospitals in insurance system

Officials from the Ministry of Health informed “Aleqtisadiah” that the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance adopted around 100 hospitals owned by the ministry of health in the insurance system.
These sources clarified that this move will enable the ministry to collect the cost of treatment of the Saudis and expatriates who are insured by companies.
It added that the number of insurance companies that signed these agreements is 17 in addition to the General Organization for Social Insurance. The names of concerned hospitals were published by the site of the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance.
