Saudi Arabia – SAR 913 per capita insurance spending in 9 months

The average per capita spending on insurance in Saudi Arabia during the first nine months of the current year reached SAR 913 compared to SAR 914 during the same period last year. This represents a slight decrease with a percentage of 0.1 percent, which is equivalent to SAR 1 per person. The average per capita spending on insurance is known as insurance density.
According to a report published by “Al Eqtisadiah – Saudi Arabia”, the average per capita spending on insurance during the third quarter of the current year reached SAR 259 compared to SAR 284 in the second quarter of the current year, with a 9 percent decrease, which is equivalent to SAR 25.
Compared to the third quarter of last year, the decrease reached 11%, which is equivalent to SAR 33 noting that per capita spending was SAR 291 at that time.
