Oman – Training program for insurance employees

The Capital Market Authority represented by the insurance regulation department is continuing its training program targeting the employees of insurance companies. A training program addressing customer complaints and service was launched yesterday and will last for three days. Therefore, the program will train employees who work at the customer service departments of insurance companies and brokers with a large participation of the sector. The program will last until the fourth of the current month of August.
The Authority through this kind of programs tries to raise the quality of services offered by insurance companies and brokers operating in the sector by improving the capabilities and skills of employees dealing with customer complaints and service in order to improve performance according to the international best practices.
