Insurance sector employees confirm that health insurance still represents the largest share among insurance branches since it exceeded 52% of the overall market. They also said that the main reason for losses in the insurance sector is the weak insurance control and the absence of regulations and systems that classify contraventions and penalties. They also indicated that the Saudi citizen does not need only specified health insurance benefits but Saudis need instead a national comprehensive health program. The article thirty-first of the rules of the country says that the state should provide health care for every citizen.
