The Director-General of the Executive Board of the GCC's Health Ministers Council Dr. Tawfiq Khoja said at the margins of the GCC Healthcare Innovation Congress and the Middle East Health Insurance Conference where both events are under the auspices of the Emirati Health Ministry that the GCC countries are working on unifying the medical files of GCC citizens under a strategy of moving from cooperation, to complementarity and union.
