«Swiss Re» revealed that life insurance is at a crossroads, where new technologies will change the way insurance companies deal with consumers.
New technologies and digital data made Life insurance underwriting more efficient and thus improved the risk selection and pricing process. «Swiss Re» added that Life insurance companies can also use digital data and technology to expand their reach and improve the consumer experience, pointing out that the current challenges facing life insurers, including data privacy issues, are non-traditional.
