The readers of the “electronic Eqtisadiah” asked the insurance companies to consider different prices for high accident drivers and accident-free drivers, indicating that charging a uniform price is unjust. One of the readers said that insurance companies are very confused and do not offer any advantage for accident-free drivers citing the high Diyah amount as a reason, and insurance companies do not offer a discount for the second and third vehicle.
Another reader added that insurance companies have to be linked to the traffic department in order to uncover the driving records in order to raise the price for every contravention and in order to offer preferred terms for clean record drivers, the aged and the low accident and low contravention drivers.
