Citizens criticized the performance of health insurance companies which is characterized by long delays in the settlements at hospitals and private clinics.
They added that the delays are not to the benefit of anyone since the non-settlement of hospital fees for long periods will lead it to take legal action in order to be reimbursed by the insurance company.
They confirmed that the conflicts between the two parties will have a negative impact on citizens because of the non-settlement of dues by the health insurance company.
First Mohamad Abdallah Alkhater confirmed that private hospitals signed contracts with the health insurance company responsible about health insurance for citizens which include an article signed by both parties by mutual agreement, son there will be penalties for breaching the contract.
