The articles of the law of which the implementation date starts with its publication in the official gazette stipulates that no job permits or transfer of foreign employees to a new home are allowed unless there is a valid insurance policy covering: the financial losses of the home owner due the departure of the employee, the life insurance covering the employee in case of accident and the insurance of accidents affecting the worker and the health insurance of the employee inside the hospital only.
The articles of the law stipulate that the insurance cover should be over 1 calendar year starting with the date of entry of the worker to the Kingdom of Jordan.
