The Chief Executive Officer of AON Saudi Arabia Mr. Naji Al Tamimi said that a large part of the Saudi society is still relatively reluctant to adhere to the health insurance principle regardless of the service offered to the consumer.
Al Tamimi in a TV interview with CNBC Arabic said that the Saudi consumer is looking for the lowest prices among insurance companies instead of examining the service offered or the proposals he receives. He also said that in his opinion focusing on service is more important since there are insurance companies which proved their credibility which offer their services as expected and show their respect to the customer. He indicated that most insurance companies are keen on providing an excellent service to the customer within the scope of the contract and policies noting that some companies do not have sufficient offices to welcome customers and that their services are slow and ineffective.
