Background & Objectives
The Arab Reinsurance Company manages the Arab Reinsurance Pool since 1/1/1986 and for an unlimited period of time, following the General Arab Insurance Federation decision.
The Pool aims at increasing the underwriting capacity of members by accepting reinsurance and retro programs from the Arab region mainly, and from non-Arab countries but according to constraints and rules established by the Pool’s technical committee. Equally, it aims at increasing the net retention capacity within the Arab region in general, and of members in particular.
